It takes time to train a dog to walk nicely on the lead and patience and consistent training is needed. The most common lead pulling problems are caused by not providing your dog with the right walking equipment. THE WORLDS MOST COMFORTABLE DOG HARNESS: The girth strap is held completely flat with the use of small pieces of webbing; this also holds the fleece in the correct position. This innovative design prevents the adjusters slipping once the harness has been correctly fitted on the dog. Many harnesses on the market today are made with narrow fabrics, which can be most uncomfortable for the dogs to wear; our fleece harnesses are made with a top quality broad fleece with matching webbing firmly stitched on top.
This broad fleece makes the harness straps very wide and comfortable, preventing sore areas and distributing the dog’s weight over a wider area. All parts of the harness are covered in top quality fleece, giving padding throughout for the comfort of your dog. It is essential for the dog’s comfort that any harness does not ‘give’ when being worn as it could cause the harness to rub against the dog’s body – this has been overcome with this design. These harnesses can be machine washed at a low temperature. We advise against tumble drying as this can cause the fabric to ‘pill’ or shrink. The fleece range of walking harnesses are British made in Lancashire buy a talented team of sewers.
Training Leads are 2M in length and come in two different widths for the large or small dog. All training leads can be colour matched to your harness and are made from the same webbing and polar fleece that dogs really do not like to chew through. (Both my dogs were lead chewers until I used these and they have never tried to chew them once! )

“>If you cannot find the size you require above then we can custom make a harness to your dog’s measurements, but these will be hand made and may take up to 2-4 weeks to be delivered to you. We cannot accept returns on custom made harnesses so please ensure you are confident with your measurements.
DELIVERY: Delivery to the UK will normally take 3-5 days unless a particular item is out of stock and then you will be advised by email how long your order will take to arrive. Custom Fit harnesses will be made to order and may take up to two weeks for delivery.
Delivery to outside of the UK will take longer and an extra charge for delivery will be added depending on your destination. Please email Nikki@canineangel.co.uk if you live outside of the UK and she will quote and arrange special delivery for you.
Cancellation, returns and refund policy..
Cancellation Rights: Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a right to cancel your purchase. However, to exercise this right you must notify us in writing, (email or letter) within 7 working days from the day after you receive your goods.
As stated above notification of cancellation must be in writing, a telephone call is not a valid cancellation.
No right of cancellation, refund or return exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 once you have used your product, unless the product is defective and you are returning it for this reason.
Goods that are sealed or shrink-wrapped and this is removed can only be returned if they are defective.
No right of cancellation exists for personalised goods or goods that are intimate in their nature or goods where there may be hygiene issues, unless defective.
Custom made harnesses may not be returned. These are made exactly to your measurements, it is extremely important that you are confident in your measurements.
Please observe the following procedure for all returns to us:
If you are returning your product because it is defective, please state the defect or defects.
Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state.
If the original packaging surrounding the product has been damaged or destroyed we will only issue a refund if the product is being returned due to a defect. If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us.
You are responsible for paying any postage or shipping costs incurred when returning the product.
We recommend that all returns be sent by registered post so that a record of the return is available for you.
We will not issue refunds for any items lost or stolen in transit to us.
Where a return is lost or stolen in transit to us, you should claim compensation from the company that shipped the return.
If you fail to return a product to us, we may make arrangements to have the product collected from you. The cost of this collection will be passed on to you.

Subject to the above, we will refund the purchase price of a returned product within thirty days of receiving written notification of your intention to return the product.
We will also refund the cost of standard or recorded postage incurred returning a product if incorrectly sent by us or where the product has been returned due to a defect. Please note that we will not refund any courier, overnight or express element of any delivery or postage charge, including Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Exchanges on wrong sized items will be charged postage and packing on your new item. You will always have to pay the difference in price should you require a more expensive product
Customer Complaints
We endeavour to respond to all customer complaints or queries within five working days. Please note, we may record telephone calls for training and monitoring purposes.
Faulty Products
Where a customer experiences a fault with a product it can be returned to Canine Angel, subject to our returns policy above.
Events outside our control
Canine Angel shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms & Conditions if the delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, civil disorder or industrial dispute.
